I’ve been thinking a lot about our use of words lately, interpretation and context, and the ways we converse with each other in person and virtually. I’ve been pondering over the importance of being aware of and careful with how we choose to converse on social media especially, as the art of conversation is complex and very multi-faceted, while the virtual world is 2-dimensional. In a time of cultural awakening and human analysis, the sharing of personal stories and vulnerability, let us not forget that one of the most important things we must do is to simply listen.
